As a Key Account Manager (Belgium) you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital growth across the Benelux region with a sharp focus on winning and scaling within the marketplace ecosystem. This role owns the commercial success of keyBeneluxpartnersfocusing on Belgium includingMedia MarktKrefelandFnac/Vanden Borre. You will lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of your accounts applying ararely satisfiedmindset to continuously raise the bar on performance. Success in this role requires strong commercial ownership data-driven decision making and the ability to move withimpatience for actionin a fast-paced consumer-obsessed environment.
The position in based in the Netherlands / Belgium (remote).
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of key Benelux accounts includingMedia MarktKrefelandFnac/Vanden Borre acting as the commercial lead for your portfolio.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that exceedsalesmargin and profitability targets across assigned accounts and product categories.
- Optimizeshelf performance by managing product listings content assortment and availabilityleveragingplatform-specific tools to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Plan and coordinate commercial activities including Retail Media andinstoreactivation to drive traffic conversion and return on investment.
- Own demand forecasting for assigned accounts andmanagepromotional investment to ensure alignment with sales targets and profitability KPIs.
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners securing mutually beneficial agreements that support sustainable long-term growth.
- Closelymonitormarket trends competitor pricing promotional activity and sales performance toidentifyrisks and unlock new growth opportunities within the Benelux landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Supply Chain Finance andother commercialteamscommunicating for impactto ensure flawless execution.
- Continuously challenge assumptions embraceprogress over perfection and adapt quickly to changing market conditions to keepSharkNinjaahead of the competition.
Skills Required
- Proven experience managing major Beneluxaccounts with strong knowledge of the Belgium market.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable sales strategies.
- Advancedproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint with confidence presenting performance insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset combined with a strong bias for action and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability towin as a teamacross internal functions and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in EnglishDutchand French.
