Job Title: Account Representative (Sales Support)
Location: Roermond area Netherlands (on-site)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Overview:
An international company within the industrial/consumer equipment sector is looking for a proactive Account Representative (Sales Support) to join their EMEA team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and after-sales support working closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
Act as a main point of contact for customer enquiries (orders pricing delivery products)
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics operations and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
Handle customer issues and provide solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Prepare and maintain sales documentation (quotes proposals contracts presentations)
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
Requirements:
Experience in sales support customer service order processing or commercial administration
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach
Understanding of supply chain/logistics processes is advantageous
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
