| Duties and Responsibilities | 1. Achieving & exceeding Business Goals and targets. 2. Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development. 3. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. 4. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. 5. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. 6. Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio. 7. Manage Dealer relationship and their concerns in an appropriate manner. 8. Employee will have to travel to meet all Dealers and Source Business. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | 1. Graduation with 4 to 6 years and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience. 2. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. 3. Strong analytical skills to drive profitability. 4. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. 5. People & Relationship Management skills. |
