Job Title

Associate Scientist II

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform antibody purification and related detection assays (e.g. concentration purity endotoxin).
Conduct cell-based experiments including eukaryotic cell culture and plasmid transfection.
Improve and refine laboratory SOPs.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of experimental data.
Assist in exploratory experiments as required.
Proactively learn new experimental techniques and take on related responsibilities.
Comply with company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
Enhance coordination skills to support the stable operation of the overall laboratory workflow.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or above in Life Sciences or a related field with at least one year of work experience.
Experience in cell culture antibody expression or molecular biology is preferred.
Passion for life science experimentation is a plus.
Familiarity with fundamental concepts in molecular biology.
Willingness to learn with the ability to identify analyze and solve problems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in office software and capable of reading technical documents in English.

1.负责抗体纯化检测浓度纯度内毒素等等相关工作
2.负责真核细胞培养质粒转染等细胞实验
3.提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP
4.确保实验数据的真实
5.配合完成一些探索性实验
6.主动学习新的实验岗位
7.遵守公司规章制备以及实验室 SOP
8.提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行

任职资格
1.生命科学相关专业本科以上学历一年工作经验以上
2.有细胞培养抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先
3.热爱生命科学实验者优先
4.熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识
5.愿意学习新知识具有发现问题分析问题和解决问题的意识
6.有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力
7.熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力
