About the Role

We are looking for a Kofax Developer / .NET Analystto join a dynamic team responsible for digital document processingelectronic document management (EDM) and workflow automation.

You will work on a high-volume document processingplatform handling millions of digital documents annually (email uploadpostal digitization) ensuring efficient data extraction workfloworchestration and archiving.

This is a great opportunity to work with KofaxTotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight contributing to both applicationmaintenance and continuous improvement in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support &Operations

• Monitor daily application health and workflows (alerts job relaunch issue handling)
• Ensure smooth operation of document management and publishing systems
• Support production environments and perform incident resolution

Development &Maintenance

• Develop and maintain .NET applications and Kofax workflows (KTA)
• Implement enhancements and bug fixes aligned with business needs
• Design and evolve document processing workflows

Incident & UserSupport

• Analyze and resolve production incidents
• Provide user support and communicate resolution progress
• Collaborate with IT support teams and external providers

Data Processing &Optimization

• Improve RAD/LAD (data extraction) performance
• Analyze processing statistics via Kofax Insight
• Propose improvements for automation and accuracy

Reporting &Monitoring

• Produce daily operational reports (volumes backlog processing flow)
• Track and report application performance and anomalies

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight (certification is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of .NET development
• Experience with SQL scripting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Understanding of document management systems and workflows
