Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a strategic and highly organized HR Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Lambeth. This is a full-time position starting ASAP initially on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The Role The successful applicant will lead the schools personnel function overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Key responsibilities include managing complex employee relations lead on TUPE processes if required and ensuring the Single Central Record is maintained with total precision. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can provide high-level technical support to the Senior Leadership Team.
