Funciones:
Gestionan comercial de la cartera de clientes existentes de un tamaño de < 100K
Fidelización de lascuentas.
Buscar oportunidades deupsellycrosssellen estas cuentas.
Realizar el proceso de renovaciones de la póliza.
Realizar visitas de mantenimiento al cliente
Interlocución con losbrokersque gestionan dichos clientes.
Requisitos:
Persona con experiencia comercial mínima de 5 años en canal B2B preferiblemente en la venta de seguros de salud.
Habituado ainterlocucióncon los responsables de RRHH.
Conocimientos sobre el canal de mediación.
Alta capacidad de interlocución comunicación y negociación.
Persona habituada a generar contactos en eventos denetworking.
Ofimática: imprescindible usuario habitual del paquete office.
Nivel de Inglés Alto deseable.
