About the client:
An international private education group is seeking a country manager to lead and expand its presence in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth oversee operations of campuses lead cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in shaping strategy strengthen brand visibility and position the organization within a fast paced environment as a key player in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth
Define and execute a strategic growth plan across Spain.
Identify and develop new business opportunities including programs and partnerships.
Drive performance against revenue profitability and student recruitment targets.
Marketing & Brand
Lead the overall marketing strategy with a strong digital focus
Drive Acquisition Conversion and brand visibility.
Lead the planning and execution of events campaigns and new channels.
Recruitment & Admissions
Develop and implement a high-impact student recruitment strategy.
Lead admissions and sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
Build new and strong partnerships with key players in the industry and others related.
Partnerships & Innovation
Act as the key representative with institutional stakeholders and industry partners.
Develop strategic partnerships with companies and organizations in the tech ecosystem.
Drive continuous improvement in programs and teaching methodologies.
Finance & Management
Oversee budget financial performance and cost control.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Lead hiring performance and organizational development.
Requirements:
Profile
5 years in leadership roles (GM Country Manager BU Lead Campus Director).
Strong commercial brand and growth mindset.
Experience in private education edtech or similar sectors is necessary.
Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
University degree is required
MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
