As an OIC Global Sales Enablement Leader you will be responsible for designing and executing customerfocused marketdevelopment initiatives that drive incremental growth across product lines. You will lead crossbusiness programs support the launch and expansion of new and existing technologies and influence strategic decisions with broad crossfunctional impact. This role requires the ability to communicate highlevel concepts to senior leadership coach and develop teams and deliver complex professional work across singlelayered or multilayered teams. You will operate in an environment where cases are unique often without precedent requiring new approaches and strong knowledge management.

As a OIC Global Sales Enablement Leader you will be responsible for :

  • Design and execute customerfocused marketdevelopment initiatives to drive incremental growth

  • Prioritize and lead key crossbusiness initiatives across global markets

  • Support launch and growth of new and existing technologies and services

  • Contribute to strategic decisions with crossfunctional implications

  • Communicate highlevel concepts and insights to senior leadership

  • Coach and develop subordinates fostering capability growth

  • Deliver specialized professional work across singlelayered or multilayered teams

  • Handle complex unique cases requiring new approaches and strong knowledge management

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in Upstream or Downstream Chemicals

  • Have international business experience working with NOCs and IOCs

  • Hold a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

  • Bring at least 8 additional years of experience in Demand Creation

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills

  • Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities

  • Show proven ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Demonstrate experience leading programs or projects

  • Be able to document plan market and execute programs

  • Bring established project management skills

  • This role requires up to 20% travel
