Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Mergers & Accquisitions!
In this role The Product Data Integration Specialist has a role within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Product Data Team and is responsible for using their product knowledge to match & create new items throughout the M&A Teams conversion process
Responsibilities
Analyse product data sourced from acquisition business units to identify matches within Oracle or determine need for new product SKUs; create new SKUs when needed.
Hands-on experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) product data integration
Strong product data knowledge (especially construction) and ability to manage large datasets
Manage product data conversion processes during acquisitions including de-duplication identification of new products and creation of new products within existing catalogues.
Identify data quality improvements opportunities and align their implementation with the responsible teams
You ensure accuracy and adhere to metrics/KPIs / ensure data quality for deliverable is met and all metrics adhered
Execute day to day Master data management activities
Propose opportunities for improvement of Master Data Quality
Experienced with best practices in data validation & remediation
Work closely with various stake holders to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for in appropriate categories accurately
Flexible in working on Night Shift
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Relevant Experience including at least 23 years in construction equipment distribution sales retail operations or supply chain (inventory/product management)
Education: Bachelors degree.
Technical Skills:
oProficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
oFamiliarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
oGood to have SQL knowledge and ETL
Core Competencies:
oAbility to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt to urgent changes and evolving priorities
oStrong organizational skills to manage multiple items/files and timelines simultaneously
oExcellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination
oAbility to keep track of multiple items/files and their timelines
oAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Deep understanding of construction products and related data structures.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data challenges.
Strong project management skills with experience in fast-paced dynamic environments.
Familiarity with Semarchy MDM More4Apps and Smartsheet workflow management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP)and familiarity with MDM and ERP tools like Semarchy Oracle and PIM
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or similar ERP systems
Experience with Pentaho or similar ETL/data integration tools
Process and technical Documentation experience Continuous improvement opportunities identification
