Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Sierra Vista Arizona USA
Facility: Medical Center
Schedule: Full-time on-site
Shift: Day (0) with weekend & holiday rotation
Job Type: Non-exempt Med/Surg Inpatient
Shifts: Either 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) or 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)
Sign-on Bonus: $15000
Salary- $72800-$114400
Vendor fee-$2912-$4576

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients physical condition and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength mobility and pain management
Work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist in discharge planning and patient education (home exercises safety)
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Arizona
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Rehab or acute care experience preferred
