Core Responsibilities
Global Network Orchestration: Own the end-to-end master production schedule across multiple international manufacturing centers ensuring a synchronized flow of goods.
Strategic Capacity Planning: Convert volatile global demand signals into executable capacity-constrained production plans that account for labor material and regional constraints.
Operational Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the global footprint and lead the strategic redistribution of workloads to maintain delivery performance.
Intercompany Flow Management: Align regional schedules to support complex internal supply chains shared component pools and global resource allocation.
Executive S&OP Leadership: Act as the technical lead for the Master Scheduling input of the Sales & Operations Planning process providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Global Procurement Site Operations and Sales to improve forecast consumption and drive industry-leading on-time delivery (OTD).
Candidate Profile
You are a high-level systems thinker who can manage the macro-level strategy of a global supply chain without losing sight of the micro-level details that ensure site-level success.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering or a related Business field (APICS/CPIM certification preferred).
Experience: 8 years of progressive leadership in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Complexity: Deep experience managing supply chains for high-mix low-volume (or mixed-mode) manufacturing environments.
Global Footprint: Proven track record of managing planning cycles across a multi-site multi-country factory network.
Influence: Exceptional ability to drive alignment in a matrixed environment where you must influence stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
Work Environment
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses.
