The Opportunity:IST is looking for friendly service-oriented customer focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor assistant manager and site manager positions.
Hourly Compensation: $18/hr - $18/hr
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
Loading Dock Service Specialist services to include:
- Working on loading dock and in office as needed being flexible to your enviornment
- Mailroom coordination and mail services
- Process inbound and outbound parcels
- Maintain detailed and accruate logs for all parcels
- Provide direct customer service to client employees
- Respond to e-mails phone calls and in person requests timely and accurately
- Coordinate with internal team members and client contaces to ensure a seamless work flow
- Cross train in other areas of the operation including facilities copy print and fleet management
- Facilities services to include: general upkeep and maintenanceof facility with special care paid toward common areas coordination with janitorial staff to ensure clean and safe environment inspectionsand coordination of all vendor services for repairs/installations for all components of facility - including electrical plumbing elevator parking lot etc. and office moves and space planning related tasks
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications
1 year of experience in office services and/or facilities and maintenanceservices or a related field is required
Diploma or GED equivalent is required - degree may allowfor accelerated path toward managerial roles
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
A valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50lbs
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
