Whatyoulldo
As Finance Process & ICS Manager you will designstrengthenand continuously improve the financial process landscape and internal control system (ICS) acrossthe ensure scalablecompliantand audit-ready finance operations in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Designdocumentand continuously improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g.O2C P2P R2R)
- Develop andmaintainthe Internal Control System (ICS) across operational finance and reporting processes
- Identifycontrol gaps process risks and inefficiencies and drive remediation initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities related to finance processes and controls
- Ensure proper documentation of controlspoliciesand process descriptions
- Act as sparring partner to Head of Finance Operations andDirectorGroup Reportingand Consolidationon governance and control topics
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives in Workday Finance from a process and control perspective
Whatyoullbring
- University degree in Finance Accounting BusinessAdministrationor comparable qualification
- 6-10 years of experience in finance process management internal controlsauditor accounting
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (O2C P2P R2R)
- Experience with ICS frameworks and control documentation
- Analytical mindset with strong risk awareness
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience with ERP systems
