What youll do
- Design and implement finance processes and internal controls across the organization
- Own finance process design across O2C P2P and R2R
- Build and manage the internal control system (ICS) and risk-control framework
- Define governance standards and ensure compliance readiness
- Identify financial risks and implement effective controls
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to embed controls into operations
What youll bring
- Background in Internal Audit consulting or finance transformation
- Experience building internal control systems (ICS) and process frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial risk and compliance
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Structured hands-on and problem-solving mindset
