Balance Speed and Quality

Engineers are expected to balance delivery speed with a strong commitment to quality meeting agreed timelines while producing reliable maintainable and well-tested solutions. Sound judgment in making trade-offs between velocity and long-term sustainability is essential.

Collaborate Effectively

Engineering is collaborative by default. Team members are expected to contribute constructively in design discussions reviews and planning communicate clearly about progress and risks and support shared team outcomes in both hybrid and distributed environments.

Build and Maintain Systems

Engineers are responsible for building new capabilities while maintaining and improving existing systems. This includes designing scalable solutions reducing technical debt supporting operational stability and contributing to continuous improvement.

A high degree of autonomy is expected. Given clear objectives engineers should independently translate problems into actionable technical approaches proactively identify improvements and continuously expand relevant technical expertise.

Ownership and Accountability

Ownership is fundamental. Engineers are accountable for the quality performance and customer impact of their work from design through post-release support and are expected to follow through on commitments.

About the Role

Youll design and deliver scalable high-impact solutions across and modern JavaScript stack. Youll work on complex real-world problems where performance reliability and maintainability matter. Youll influence technical direction elevate engineering standards and help shape how we build as we scale.

What Youll Own:

  • Architecting and delivering scalable services using C# .NET (Core MVC Web API) and SQL Server.

  • Building modern responsive applications using TypeScript and React (React Native a plus).

  • Driving high engineering standards across testing observability performance and security.

  • Leading technical design discussions and influencing architectural decisions.

  • Identifying and reducing technical debt while improving system resilience and scalability.

  • Mentoring engineers and raising the overall capability of the team.

What Sets You Apart!

  • 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience with significant experience delivering enterprise-grade systems.

  • Strong expertise in C# (Core MVC Web API) within layered or service-oriented architectures.

  • 3-5 years working with SQL Server including performance tuning indexing strategies query optimization and data modeling for large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including services such as App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL Service Bus Storage Accounts and Key Vault..

  • Experience building and maintaining secure compliant enterprise-scale systems including authentication/authorization (OAuth OpenID Connect Azure AD).

  • Familiarity with microservices or modular monolith architectures in regulated or large organizational environments.

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions preferred) and infrastructure-as-code practices such as ARM templates or Terraform.

  • Experience implementing monitoring logging and observability using tools such as Datadog Elastic or Application Insights.

  • Solid understanding of software architecture scalability and distributed system design within structured enterprise ecosystems.

  • Experience collaborating across large cross-functional teams with formal SDLC processes.
