Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Prepare and Monitor project cost budget cash-flow for project track changes in design/construction work check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Source and Liaise with Site Personnel Suppliers Sub-contractors Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
- Responsible for Progress Claims Variation Orders Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
- Work closely with the project team in the Analysis Evaluation and Negotiation of quotations so as to ensure timely award of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely finalization of main contracts and sub-contracts.
- Provide Support in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a positive working attitude pro-active and meticulous in his/her work.
- Posses strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills; able to work as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines either independently or in a team environment.
- Location is at Neythal Road
- 5 days work week
