As a Technical Business Analyst you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather analyze and document detailed requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and well-defined user stories.
- Design and model business processes data flows and system interactions to ensure seamless system integration.
- Create and maintain artifacts such as flow diagrams sequence diagrams request/response models and information models.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of APIs admin tools and business rule engines.
- Work closely with developers analysts Scrum Masters and Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Validate requirements identify gaps and resolve ambiguities or conflicting needs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 68 years of experience as a Business Analyst Information Analyst or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes system integrations and API-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and exposure to SOAP services.
- Proficiency in data modeling process modeling and visual modeling techniques (UML).
- Experience working with tools like Enterprise Architect (preferred).
- Knowledge of business rule/process modeling; experience with tools like Drools is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL.
