About the Role
Join an international technical support project within a leading digital search engine environment in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide technical assistance to Dutch-speaking users helping them resolve product and service-related issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic multicultural team working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support via phone email and chat
- Assist users with product service and account-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user experience
Requirements
- Dutch: C1C2 (fluent/native)
- English: B2 minimum
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping customers
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- 2 rotational days off per week
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Performance bonus: 135 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity bonus: 120 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
- Free health insurance after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package (Lisbon)
- Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview)
- Full relocation support upon arrival
