Location: New York NY
Duration: 1 Week
Shift: Day Shift 3 x 11.5 Hours (07:30 AM 06:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an Acute Care Float Pool role. The CNA will provide direct patient care across multiple units supporting nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and feeding

  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

  • Support patient mobility including transfers and ambulation

  • Maintain patient comfort and safety at all times

  • Assist nurses with clinical tasks and patient care procedures

  • Ensure proper infection control and hygiene standards are followed

  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely

  • Float to various units as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification

  • Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
