About the job:

Background

We are building a Securities company in Japan to cover local FIs. Before trying to compete on flow products we would like to push larger tailor-made trades leveraging on BBVAs global product capabilities.
The hire will focus on creating senior relationships with FI clients in Japan in coordination with the head of the Securities company.

Role Summary

Support the development of BBVAs franchise in Japan
Contribute directly to client acquisition idea generation and transaction origination

Requirement

3 years of Global Markets sales experience
Proven exposure to cross-asset solutions (FX Rates Credit Structured Products)
Fluent Japanese speaker
Ability to manage client relationships independently and originate deal with an entrepreneurial spirit
