SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Following the companys directions and initiatives and in alignment with overall sales and marketing strategies the Sales Specialist is responsible for coordinating promotional activities executing sales plans and building long-term customer relationships. The role combines strategic planning customer engagement and performance analysis to achieve both individual and company sales targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning
Develop pre-call plans based on business analytics to identify new prospects and engage existing customers within assigned territories.
Create and implement annual sales business plans to achieve agreed sales and profit targets aligned with overall business objectives.
Support managers in developing sales and marketing activity plans.
Sales Plan Implementation
Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market presence and business partnerships.
Understand client needs and expectations ensuring delivery of solutions that exceed customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
Execute activities in line with defined KPIs ensuring flawless implementation.
Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives including workshops lectures and symposiums.
Reporting and Analysis
Perform business analytics targeting and segmentation within assigned territories to identify key opportunities and close market leads.
Measure and evaluate sales performance and activities conducted in the area.
Record daily sales activities and market intelligence in relevant reports.
Provide timely forecasts and conduct monthly sales analysis implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Other activities
Coordinate and host trade shows exhibitions seminars and clinical meetings to build product demand.
Organize meetings and product training sessions for diverse audiences to support product adoption.
Process customer orders and provide account service to assigned and prospective customers.
Perform other related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Education
College / University graduate preferable major in Science or dental technology
Fluency in English (Business communication level) and Cantonese
Experience
1-2 years sales experience
Specific knowledge /skills
Good team player reliable and disciplined
Highly self-motivated hard working and able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills
