What you will do:

This position is responsible for supporting Order Management and Pricing by developing reports intelligent automation and RPAs using Python and modern analytics tools. The role includes documenting business needs and requirements as well as designing testing and implementing scalable logical solutions that leverage advanced technology data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

The position supports the P&E Commercial Processes Division and involves close collaboration with business partners IT order fulfillment pricing teams and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency compliance and decision-making through automation and data-driven insights.

Include but are not limited to:

Analyzing business and operational data to provide actionable recommendations for enhancements and automation initiatives.
Collaborating with global teams to identify opportunities and design develop and implement RPAs and intelligent automations improving compliance accuracy and process velocity.
Applying advanced analytics AI-assisted logic and automation best practices to streamline and optimize order-to-cash processes.
Reducing workaround processes by simplifying standardizing and digitizing workflows across Order Management and Pricing.
Design create modify and maintain Microsoft PowerBI reporting PowerApps and Flows.
Supporting SD ticket activities (ServiceNow)

Skills

Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications databases and technology platforms

Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify capture and document relevant business information in an auditable organized understandable and easily retrievable manner.

What You Have:

Bachelors degree

Expertise in data analytics automation and insights

Knowledge and/or skills in relevant programming languages - Proficiency with Python Power BI and the Power Platform including automation and data visualization capabilities.

Intermediate English proficiency

Solid knowledge of business analysis including techniques and tools used to identify business needs and recommend value-driven technology-enabled solutions.

Strong understanding of system features and capabilities with the ability to integrate and communicate across applications databases and technology platforms.

Experience translating complex business processes into clear structured and logical requirements.

Experience with computational logic including the design implementation and management of data and ETL processes.

Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and stakeholders outside the team.

Exposure to or interest in AI-driven solutions such as intelligent automation data modeling or analytics-enhanced decision support.

Understanding RPA governance including managing the full lifecycle of automation solutions from design and development through deployment monitoring and maintenance ensuring compliance security scalability and operational efficiency.

Top Candidates will have:
