Your new role
Help shape a welcoming after-school program for children and families in the Rushworth community.
Our OSHC service at St Marys Catholic Primary School is new with a dedicated space and strong connection to the local school. Were looking for a Lead Educator to continue building the program.
This role is ideal for a Diploma-qualified educator or a Certificate III educator ready to step up while studying who enjoys leading a small service in a supportive community-focused setting.
Youll coordinate the day-to-day program planning engaging activities supporting childrens wellbeing building relationships with families and the school and guiding a small team of educators.
Youll also ensure the program aligns with My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards.

Your skills and experience
You will have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (check your quals here) orCertificate III with willingness to study Diploma
- Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC childcare education or recreation)
- Confidence coordinating programs and supporting other educators
- First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
