We are seeking a motivated and multi-talented Senior Product Manager to lead launch and scaling of a new product portfolio. This role is inherently cross-functional - this leader will work closely with product/program management design operations finance legal business development customer service and executive teams to 1) bring products to market 2) develop and grow business opportunities and 3) enhance our existing products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical resourceful customer-focused team oriented and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
A day in the life
1. Supply Chain Network Design: Build carrier relationships for LTL parcel and specialized hazmat-certified transport. Leverage data analytics for route optimization to minimize transit time and costs. Design cross-border logistics solutions for international shipments from Asia and Europe.
2. Manage trade-offs like Speed vs. Cost vs. Customer Experience: Balance manufacturing lead times against customer expectations like Prime delivery. Evaluate fulfillment models using total landed cost analysis. Run scenario modeling and pilot testing before committing to large-scale operational changes.
3. Storage Solutions Development: Select optimal fulfillment nodes based on product characteristics and hazmat classification. Forecast capacity needs considering seasonality supply constraints and growth projections. Design specialized handling for regulated hazmat heavy items or temperature-controlled goods.
4. Fulfillment Innovation: Define channel strategies for online MCF and offline retailers. Explore pack-out optimization like child ASIN consolidation to reduce packaging complexity. Establish quality assurance protocols and evaluate value-added services like white glove delivery.
5. Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery defect rates and cost per unit. Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions. Optimize costs through rate negotiations shipment consolidation and scalability planning for growth.
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
