About the Role:

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets within the hotel. Youll oversee daily operations ensuring that each departmentfrom restaurant to bar banqueting to in-room diningruns efficiently profitably and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with strategic oversight. You will focus on guest satisfaction team engagement and commercial success all while upholding brand standards and promoting a culture of service quality and professionalism.

This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet so youll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.

About You:

• Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Operations Manager within a hotel or similar hospitality environment

• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to complete)

• Strong knowledge of EPOS and hospitality management systems

• Proven success in managing budgets staffing and service quality simultaneously
