What Youll Do:

The Outreach Specialist works with the Youth Focus programs and must demonstrate the Agencys purpose philosophy policies and procedures. He/she will oversee the Safe Place program in its entirety ensuring program fidelity and full compliance with all operational and safety standards. The Outreach Specialist will also work as a team member to promote the National Safe Place Program and the agency on and off-site meetings and events to expand community awareness and visibility strengthen partnerships and support program engagement.

Qualifications

Education AND Experience

Minimum of 21 years of age.
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
One to two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid North Carolina Drivers License
