Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the departments resources (personnel machinery equipment and budget) based on Quality Cost and Safety objectives in order to ensure compliance with the production target.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Electronic Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English- B1
- Knowledge of production processes
- Personnel management (Mandatory)
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Lean Manufacturing
- Quality Management Systems.
- ESH Systems (Environment Safety and Health)
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Sequencing Knowledge
