About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Officer(AI & Data CISO) to join a global Cybersecurity & Digital Riskfunction focusing on securing AI Data and Innovation ecosystems.
In this role you will contribute to defining and enforcing cybersecuritygovernance supporting AI-driven initiatives and ensuring thatsystems applications and data are secure compliant and resilient.
You will act as a key partner to IT Security andInnovation teams helping to drive cyber risk management securitypolicies and governance frameworks across cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
CybersecurityGovernance & Strategy
- Contribute to the design and implementation of security policies and standards
- Ensure alignment between cybersecurity practices and business objectives
- Support the CISO in steering AI & Data cybersecurity governance
Risk Analysis & SecurityOversight
- Perform cyber risk assessments across AI data cloud and infrastructure
- Evaluate security tools services and architectures
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve security posture
Operational Security& Support
- Support operational teams in executing security action plans
- Monitor remediation plans and ensure timely follow-up
- Supervise testing and validation of security controls
Reporting &Performance Monitoring
- Develop security KPIs dashboards and reports
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
- Support audit processes and internal controls validation
Cross-TeamCollaboration
- Work closely with Cybersecurity IT and Data teams
- Act as a bridge between governance and operational teams
- Support community animation and governance committees
Special Focus Areas (AI& Data Security)
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of applications risks and security documentation
- Support risk assessments for AI and data-driven solutions
- Monitor and manage risk remediation plans
- Contribute to security governance improvements for AI solutions
- Oversee access management processes and ensure compliance
- Support integration of risk and asset data into governance tools (e.g. CMDB GRC ServiceNow)
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management
- Knowledge of AI ecosystems and data security challenges
- Understanding of infrastructure and cloud security
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks:
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- ISO 27001
- EBIOS RM (or similar methodologies)
- Experience with risk assessments audits and governance models
