Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich
Full time 37 hours a week Monday Friday
Starting Salary at 45748 per annum with future progression opportunities to 48670 plus Essential Car User Allowance of 4866 per annum.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Manager to join our City Centre Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that repairs are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard. You will manage a team of Operatives delivering responsive and empty homes works throughout our properties. You will act as operational lead for providing an excellent repair service resolving issues quickly and maintain strong visibility across communities homes and local teams.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience or a good knowledge of the building / construction industry. A HNC or similar qualification is advantageous. This individual will be proactive and have the ability to use their own initiative
The successful candidate will have experience of managing trade operatives with an excellent ability to influence and support line reports and the ability to communicate both verbally and written at all levels. You will be a champion of digital improvement with a strong digital competency. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
