Manage and perform repairs of consumer electronics while supervising technicians and daily operations. Provide technical training handle reports and customer issues monitor performance and coordinate with factories. Requires a technical degree 5 years experience strong troubleshooting communication skills and good English.
Job Responsibility:
- Repair consumer electronics (Air Conditioner Refrigerator etc.)
- Conduct product technical training
- Manage daily repair operations
- Supervise inhouse and outsourced technicians and engineers
- Handle administrative tasks (reports tool management manage customer products 5S)
- Monitor KPIs for repair operations and call center
- Deal with customer inquiries to improve customer satisfaction
- Create and update technical documents (FAQ guides training)
- Coordinate with factory for technical countermeasures
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or related technical field
- More than 5 years of experience in product servicing or technical support
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and customerfocused attitude
- Able to work independently and handle pressure
- Basic computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Good English proficiency
