Repeat Gym is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Center Officer to join our team and support our members by providing excellent service and information about our gym memberships and services.

Position: Customer Care Center

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone Telegram and social media
• Provide information about gym memberships promotions and services
• Follow up with potential clients and support the sales team
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain good relationships with members and visitors
• Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (or relevant experience)
2. Experience in customer service call center or sales is preferred
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Friendly patient and customer-oriented
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
