Job Description
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand business and technical challenges and translate business needs into technology solutions
- Lead technical discussions demos and POCs to support pre-sales engagements
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions across cloud APIs platform ecosystems OSS/BSS digital platforms fintech and customer experience domains
- Translate solutions into clear business value including ROI scalability and speed-to-market
- Partner with sales teams to shape position and win deals
- Drive client engineering initiatives including POCs accelerators and innovation showcases
- Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery with proper governance and alignment
- Advocate for platform-first and reusable solution approaches
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CTO CIO Product Heads)
- Mentor engineering teams and build architecture capability within the region
Person Specification
- 12 years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture / software engineering
- Strong domain expertise in Telecom (OSS/BSS) Digital Platforms or Fintech ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures microservices and API ecosystems
- Proven experience in client-facing roles pre-sales and consulting engagements
- Strong understanding of Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Ability to drive complex multi-country client engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
