A nationally backed high-growth behavioral health organization is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a hospital delivering critical mental health services across acute and residential care settings.

This is a high-visibility full P&L leadership role where you will directly shape patient outcomes drive financial performance and build a high-performing clinical and operational culture.

What Were Looking For:

  • CEO or senior executive leadership experience in behavioral health hospitals

  • Proven success with JCAHO surveys compliance and accreditation

  • Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership payer negotiations growth strategy)

  • Experience across acute residential (RTC) settings strongly preferred

  • Track record of team building physician recruitment and culture transformation

  • Visible hands-on leadership style with high emotional intelligence
