This is a high-visibility full P&L leadership role where you will directly shape patient outcomes drive financial performance and build a high-performing clinical and operational culture.

What Were Looking For:

CEO or senior executive leadership experience in behavioral health hospitals

Proven success with JCAHO surveys compliance and accreditation

Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership payer negotiations growth strategy)

Experience across acute residential (RTC) settings strongly preferred

Track record of team building physician recruitment and culture transformation
-
Visible hands-on leadership style with high emotional intelligence
