Key Responsibilities
- Design & Analysis: Perform complex structural analysis and design for buildings using a variety of materials including concrete steel and timber.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project milestones manage budgets and timelines and lead internal and external coordination meetings.
- Documentation & QA: Prepare and review accurate calculations project specifications and structural drawings while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
- Construction Support: Evaluate special inspection reports review shop drawings and provide field support to resolve issues and prevent project delays.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers and BIM modelers ensuring legacy knowledge transfer and team growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in structural analysis and building design.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard software (e.g. RISA RAM ETABS SAP2000 or STAAD).
- Codes & Standards: Strong working knowledge of IBC ASCE ACI and AISC codes.
- Licensure: EIT certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
