Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:MEA Administrator- Position is currently pending classification.
Responsibilities:Responsiblefor the planning and oversight of all aspects of capital project development and implementation that coordinates with the Colleges strategic plan including compliance with all relevant facility procedures permitsinspectionsand reports for both the Fairfield Campus and the Alfond Campus. Additionally the Director assures all safety measures procedures and protocols are implemented and followed to provide a safe environment for students faculty staff and and skill in project management.
MinimumQualifications:Masters Degree in the field of Business ora relatedfield.
Preferred Qualifications:3 to 5 years experience working in an institution of higher education or facilities management.
