How will you make an impact
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
- Reconstruct service product routings to determine baseline costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Build service pricing strategies across varying geographic and customer markets using cost margin and competitive inputs
- Develop tools and models to rapidly estimate service costs in support of customer proposals and commercial decision-making
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations finance and commercial) to support new service offerings and pricing initiatives
Start Date:Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.
Compensation & Relocation:This internship offers an hourly rate of$28.00. Additionally a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of$5000if necessary. Students must be located 50 miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here
- Graduatestudent completing aMastersdegree in Finance Accounting or Business field of study between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Previous related internships totaling1 yearsexperience required. 0 years of work experience required.
- Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity innovation involvement and intensity.
- Energized through championing change driven in getting results and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
