The Team

The Finance team at PVH France ensures financial visibility and drives profitable growth across the Southwest Hub. The Wholesale Controlling team monitors the financial performance of all Wholesale activities (Department Stores E-commerce Franchise Clearance Regular Partners) across France Belgium Luxembourg Spain and Portugal providing accurate reporting financial discipline and actionable insights.

The Position

Reporting to the FP&A Director Southwest Hub the Wholesale Controlling Manager (6-month fixed-term contract) will oversee the financial controlling of the Wholesale business manage a team of three controllers and support decision-making through strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate budget and re-forecast cycles with Finance and Wholesale operational teams.
  • Coordinate monthly closings with Accounting and Finance teams based in Amsterdam and Belgium.
  • Monitor and maintain the profitability of the P&L (Net Sales Dilution Gross Margin etc.).
  • Alert and propose action plans based on results (from Net Sales to EBIT).
  • Regularly track Net Sales at a more detailed level by channel and market (Forward Direct Sales dilution rate etc.).
  • Ensure clear communication and compliance with all reporting deadlines for market and group reports (for management and EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam).
  • Quickly identify operational teams needs to implement ad-hoc or recurring analyses.
  • Responsible for analysis and monitoring of all Opex and Capex related to the Wholesale business.
  • Prepare and consolidate central reporting and dashboards as well as the Business Review for management and EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam.
  • Support the FP&A Manager on cross-functional projects related to the Wholesale business.
  • Manage a team of 3 controllers.

Note: Responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Finance Business or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in controlling financial analysis or FP&A.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus.
