How Youll Make an Impact
Develop implement and enhance HSE policies procedures and management systems.
Conduct risk assessments hazard identification and incident investigations.
Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.
Oversee required reports permits and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead emergency response planning drills and training activities.
Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.
Stay current on HSE legislation best practices and emerging technologies.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Professional certification (NEBOSH CSP CIH or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA EPA ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.
Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
