Job Summary
Diligent is seeking a Senior Manager GTM Technology to architect and scale our modern sales engagement and revenue orchestration stack. This role will design how systems like Outreach Gong Common Room ZoomInfo Clay and Salesforce work together to drive pipeline creation rep productivity and an exceptional seller experience.
You willbe responsible forbuilding a connected signal-driven GTMmotionthat enables smarter sequencing tighter routing automated workflows and AI-native selling is an ideal role for someone who thrives not just in administering tools but in creatively orchestrating them.
WhatYoullBe Doing
- Own and evolveDiligentssales engagement andorchestrationstack including tools likeCommon RoomOutreachandGong.
- Architect integrations to ensure GTM toolsoperateas a connectedecosystem with Salesforce as the system of record.
- Build signal-driven automations and scalable GTM plays translating intent and activity into the right downstream actions across routing outreach and reporting.
- Identifyand pilot AI-native opportunities to reduce manual work improve targeting and modernize how the field executes across the top and middle of the funnel.
- Design and operationalizesalesworkflows that improve pipeline generation lead follow-up sequencing execution and rep productivity.
- Partner with SalesEnablementand Business Applicationsto aligntoolswith field execution measuring impact through adoption and pipelineoutcomes.
- Drive governance and consistency through clear process design documentation and ongoing optimization ofsales workflows.
Qualifications
- 7 years in GTM TechnologyBusinessSystemsRevOps orMOpsroles.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern sales engagement and signal tools (e.g. Outreach Gong ZoomInfo Common Room Clay or similar).
- Strong understanding of outbound workflow designandsequencing strategy
- Experienceorchestrating multiple GTM tools into a unified seller experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled selling workflows and modern revenue automation
- Ability to think like a systems architect and a sales operator
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a core system of record
