Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing customizing and deploying business applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong technical expertise handson development skills and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and support custom Dataverse tables Power Apps forms dashboards and views.

• Develop and maintain nocode/lowcode solutions using Power Automate.

• Customize Dynamics CRM tables and UI using nocode/lowcode approaches.

• Build and maintain custom integrations with mainframe systems using standard APIs.

• Write clean efficient and maintainable code in RPG SQL JavaScript C# .NET and CRM Plugins.

• Debug and resolve software defects ensuring highquality deliverables.

• Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio XrmToolBox and Dynamics 365 CE WebAPI.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of handson experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.

• Strong expertise in Power Automate workflows and automation.

• Proficiency in JavaScript C# .NET CRM SDK CRM Plugins PowerApps SQL databases.

• Experience with development tools including Visual Studio XrmToolBox and Dynamics 365 CE WebAPI.

• Handson experience in developing and deploying business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
