Job Summary
Hybrid 2-3 days a week on site after first 6 months getting up to speed on site every day.
Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design implement optimize and support a complex multi-site enterprise network. This role is responsible for maintaining highly available secure and scalable infrastructure across routing switching SD-WAN wireless and firewall platforms.
The right person is hands-on comfortable in production capable of architectural thinking and able to partner with infrastructure security and cloud teams to keep the business running.
This is not an entry-level operations job. We need someone who can own the network.

What Youll Do
- Design deploy and maintain enterprise routing and switching environments.
- Lead configuration optimization and lifecycle management of Cisco Juniper and Meraki platforms.
- Implement and support SD-WAN solutions including policy design traffic engineering and failover strategies.
- Manage next-generation firewall technologies VPNs segmentation and secure connectivity.
- Monitor performance troubleshoot outages and drive root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
- Participate in network architecture planning capacity forecasting and modernization efforts.
- Create and maintain network diagrams standards and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity server cloud and application teams to ensure resilient integrations.
- Provide escalation support for high-priority production issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational maturity and best practices.

- Firewalls & Security:Palo Alto
- Protocols:BGP OSPF EIGRP VLANs STP VPN technologies
- Monitoring & Tools:SNMP NetFlow packet capture enterprise monitoring platforms
- 5 years of progressive experience in network engineering.
- Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching.
- Strong hands-on background with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting SD-WAN.
- Ability to troubleshoot across layers (routing security transport).
- Experience working in distributed multi-location environments.
- Comfortable leading projects and making architecture recommendations.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
