German-speaking SDR (SaaS) – Barcelona

About the role

You will join a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry through data-driven pricing and revenue optimization.

The company has a strong presence across Europe and is now expanding in the DACH region. Youll be part of an international ambitious team based in Barcelona with a strong focus on growth ownership and innovation.

Your responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to hospitality businesses across the DACH region

• Drive outbound activities via calls emails and LinkedIn

• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives

• Build and manage your own pipeline

• Work actively in the CRM and maintain data quality

Expected outcomes

• Consistently generate qualified business opportunities

• Achieve activity and pipeline targets

• Contribute to expansion in the DACH region

• Ensure high-quality lead qualification and meeting booking

Your profile / Requirements

• Native-level German

• Fluent in English

• Minimum 3 months of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound sales

• Experience with cold outreach (calls email LinkedIn)

• Experience working in a CRM system

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS sales

• Experience within the hotel/hospitality industry

• Experience working towards the DACH market

Compensation

• Annual base salary: 30000 Bonus
