Job Summary
Job Title: Radiation Therapist Oncology (Outpatient)
Location: Minot North Dakota
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Weekly Gross: $2200 $2800 (Based on Experience)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join an outpatient oncology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering precise radiation treatments ensuring patient safety and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a high-volume clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients
Ensure accurate patient setup positioning and treatment delivery
Collaborate with radiation oncologists physicists and dosimetrists
Monitor patients during treatment and ensure safety protocols are followed
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Manage daily workflow efficiently in a high-volume environment
Equipment & Technology
Linear Accelerators: Varian TrueBeam (2 units)
Brachytherapy System: Xoft
CT Simulator: Philips Big Bore CT
Treatment Planning: Varian Eclipse
EMR: Cerner
Record & Verify System: ARIA
Work Environment
Setting: Outpatient Oncology
Patient Volume: 2030 patients per day
Schedule: No weekends or holidays required
Required Qualifications
ARRT (T) Certification Radiation Therapy (Required)
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of clinical radiation therapy experience
State License (required upon acceptance)
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
