Work Location: Aquatic Germplasm and Genetic Resources Center 2288 Gourrier Ave Baton Rouge LA 70820.
Position Description: Managing grant lifecycles accurate and up-to-date record keeping ensuring all deadlines are communicated in advance to the team budget reviewing collaborate within the AGGRC team to maximize possible spending propose or review new grant proposals collaborate with staff on implementing a digital grant and proposal tracker ensure compliance with any funding administrators implement monthly grant reporting supporting development of a national aquatic germplasm center; including laboratory management partnership coordination budgeting and human resources.
