Grain Operations Specialist
Location: Princeton IN
Pay: $18$21 per hour

What Youll Do
Operate and maintain grain handling equipment such as conveyors elevators and augers.
Monitor grain quality and ensure it meets our high standards during storage and transfer.
Load and unload shipments from trucks railcars or barges.
Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment and storage facilities.
Help prepare and mix custom grain blends as needed.
Follow and promote strict safety procedures in every operation.
Track and report equipment or quality issues promptly to management.
Keep work areas organized clean and efficient.
Collaborate closely with your team to maintain smooth workflow and operations.
Support inventory management and stock control of grain products.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in grain handling or agricultural operations is a plus.
Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic mechanical aptitude for routine troubleshooting.
Flexibility to work weekends overtime and varying hours.
Able to work in environments with dust noise and changing conditions.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
