Job Summary
JOB FUNCTION:
- Quotations / Technical Specs
- Gather technical information from Product Managers
- Get pricing from Sales Directors
- Confirm deliveries from Manufacturing
- Prepare Quotation or Technical Spec in approved format
- Distribute quote to Customer Key Account Manager Agents and Management
- Update Proposal Log after quote is made
- Follow-up on Quote or Technical Spec status
Order Entry
- Review PO with Account Manager for variances between order and actual customer requirements
- Enter order into ERP system
- Forward order cards to Product Manager for review and approval
- Send order cards to production
- Produce order confirmation
- Distribute order confirmation to Customer Key Account Manager Agents and Management
Follow Up Orders
- Get the L/Cs monitor ship dates and advise all appropriate parties
- Follow up A/R
- Review order status and highlight problem deliveries to sales
Other Duties
- Lead a team of Inside-sales Specialist. Help to resolve difficult issues on orders shipment and claims.
- Review and develop Inside-Sales team performance.
- Weekly Forecast Sales & Orders Reporting
- Maintain JDE Customer Address Book
- Administration duties office and branches management including liasing with tax agent company secretaries and local authorities of branches.
Experience & Background
- Qualification Diploma / Degree in Business Study / Supply Chain Management / Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field
- Experience in L/C D/P and D/A negotiation
- Efficient in Microsoft applications
- Efficient in English & Chinese
- Good understanding of ERP system
- JDE experience is an advantage
