Job Summary
Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that connects fans artists and creators through music podcasts and culture. Amazon Music brings fans closer to what they love with curated and personalized playlists artist livestreams artist merch and Amazon Exclusive podcasts. Prime members get access to over 100 million songs in shuffle mode All-Access playlists plus the largest catalog of top ad-free podcasts included with their membership. Customers can upgrade to Amazon Music Unlimited for full on-demand access to 100 million songs in HD and a growing catalog of Ultra HD and Spatial audio. Anyone can listen to Amazon Music by downloading the free Amazon Music app or wherever they listen to music including Alexa-enabled devices. Learn more at Merchandise (i.e band tees hoodies etc) is a strategic priority for Amazon Music and central to our fandom strategy. We are just getting started in this exciting line of business in European region providing ample room to innovate test learn scale and make history.

Key job responsibilities
In this role you will pitch and onboard new artists/ merch partners on Amazon with the goal to grow selection revenue and Amazon Music fanbase. You will work closely with Amazon Music Industry teams (Label Relations Artists Relations) and physical music teams to identify and secure strategic artist partnerships. You will manage the onboarded artists / partners for sustained growth on Amazon through account management including selection creation catalog quality traffic drivers and performance monitoring.
In addition you will drive experimentation that connects music streaming with commerce. You will build an understanding of fan journeys and develop & implement a list of ideas that drive Amazon Music subscriptions and merch revenues.
- Experience in e-commerce digital products or entertainment industries
- Experience in project or program management
- Bachelors degree or experience in account management project/program management or buying
- Experience in entertainment brand or production entity
