DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support recruitment activities across Central Europe (Germany Switzerland Austria Croatia). In this role you will own the full hiring lifecycle partner closely with local and regional stakeholders and drive bestinclass recruitment experiences across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend recruitment process for roles across Central Europe.
Serve as the primary TA partner for regional hiring managers and HR.
Define countryspecific recruitment and sourcing strategies for each vacancy.
Manage sourcing activities: campaigns referrals direct search LinkedIn Recruiter niche channels and agency partnerships.
Conduct interviews screen candidates manage offers and ensure an exceptional candidate journey.
Ensure compliance with global and local TA processes policies and DE&I requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates market insights and datadriven reporting.
Contribute to and lead TA improvement initiatives with regional impact.
Support crosscountry hiring needs and share best practices within the CE region.
Coach junior recruiters and help strengthen TA capability in the region.
Your Profile:
5 years of fullcycle inhouse recruitment experience.
Strong regional exposure within Central Europe and experience with international stakeholders.
Generalist hiring expertise across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Proven ability to source passive talent; strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
Experience managing external agencies and negotiating terms.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Highly organized proactive datadriven and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
Fluent English and at least one Central European language; additional European languages are a plus.
A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage changing priorities and solve problems independently.
Experience with ATS platforms (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred).
