Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cisco SD-WAN Network Consultant with strong expertise in designing configuring implementing and testing Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela-based) solutions. The candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end deployment of SD-WAN across enterprise environments ensuring secure scalable and highly available network connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) architectures for enterprise WAN environments
Define underlay and overlay network designs including MPLS Internet and LTE transports
Design segmentation control policies data policies and application-aware routing
Ensure high availability scalability and security best practices
Install configure and manage Cisco SD-WAN components:
o vManage
o vSmart Controllers
o vBond Orchestrator
o cEdge / vEdge routers
Configure VPNs (VPN 0 VPN 512 Service VPNs) routing (OSPF BGP) and NAT
Implement QoS SLA-based routing traffic engineering and service chaining
Integrate SD-WAN with security solutions such as:
o Cisco Secure Firewall / ASA / Firepower
o Umbrella IPSec and cloud security platforms
Configure centralized policies firewall rules and segmentation
Integrate SD-WAN with existing LAN data center and cloud environments (Azure / AWS preferred)
Develop and execute test plans for SD-WAN deployments
Perform validation failover testing and performance testing
Troubleshoot SD-WAN control data and management plane issues
Use vManage monitoring logging and analytics for proactive issue resolution
