Senior Business Analyst

Lake MaryFL (Need Only local Profiles)

We are seeking a high impact Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis fundamentals with practical project management knowledge and a working understanding of data analysis. Must be someone who thrives in complex cross-functional environments able to own outcomes unblock progress and drive delivery without letting tasks linger. The ideal candidate would also bring hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Required qualifications

6 years delivering in complex cross-functional environments
Strong requirements gathering process modeling backlog management and documentation skills (user stories BRDs/FRDs workflows data dictionaries).
Solid grasp of project lifecycle governance RAID management change control and stakeholder management; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall.
Proficiency with collaboration/work tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence) Office suite (Excel PowerPoint) and data visualization basics (e.g. Power BI/Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
Proactive outcome oriented go getter who anticipates issues drives clarity and unblocks delivery; comfortable owning decisions and results.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to write and interpret basic SQL work with relational schemas and partner with data teams on quality/validation.
Practical experience with asset lifecycle processes discovery CMDB concepts reconciliation and reporting; familiarity with audits and controls.
Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) data analysis and building dashboards for KPIs.
